Firefox freeze until new instance is opened

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:123.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/123.0
Steps to reproduce:
In completly random moment, doesnt matter how long is browser opened, whole firefox freeze forever. Firefox will unfreeze, only when I open up second instance of firefox. Then everything comes back to normal.
Actual results:
Firefox freeze permanently, if we do not open second instance
Expected results:
Bug should never appear :)

Artur Koniec, does the problem still happen if you start Firefox in Safe Mode? (Safe Mode disables add-ons, extensions and themes, hardware acceleration and some JavaScript stuff in order to exclude some possible reasons for problems.) See https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode.
Also can you please add more details to this defect? Thank you.
