Like the pic says...
Most of the failures look like problems with the tests themselves and not related to the code being tested. (setup of the images used for testing is broken?)

Not going to block 5.9.1 on this. Also not running in CircleCI anymore. We need to resurrect these tests in GitHub Actions though.
