This has been released in Glean v57.0.0. I've informed the Nimbus folks who will be working on this from their side and am just waiting for them to integrate this with their behavioral targeting stuff.
To follow up on Glean interests in this, I'll be filing a validation bug to ensure that the performance characteristics of this API are acceptable and not impacting other data collection, etc. This validation will be done in the form of an experiment so as to have more control over the deployment.
