Steps to reproduce

  1. Open any PDF in Firefox.
  2. Enable the highlight tool.
  3. Use keyboard navigation to reach the Thickness levels.

Expected result

  • The Correct order for navigation should be the Red color and then with Tab the user should reach the Thickness levels.

Actual result

  • The User will reach the Thickness levels before the actual colors.
