Steps to reproduce:
I have always used Firefox on my samsung phones.
Since receiving my new S24 device, it has frequent issues.
Actual results:
Screen flashes a lot. Mainly when trying to scroll.
The only way to stop it is to essentially force close and reopen.
Expected results:
Should just work normally. Lots of other people reporting the same issue.
Have tried to screen record it but the recording does not show the issue.
Seems to be a glitch with new S24 models.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Core::Panning and Zooming' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.
