Steps to reproduce

  1. Open any PDF.
  2. Enable the Highlight tool.
  3. Start to Free Highlight over a URL.

Expected result

  • User should be able to Free Highlight over URLS

Actual result

  • The moment the Mouse cursor changes its state it will stop highlighting over the URLs.
