try presets are still using "raptor" to match tasks

The last task that contained the word "raptor" was removed in bug 1804448, a year ago. Before that, tasks containing the word "raptor" were migrated to contain the word "browsertime", and that move started 4 years ago!

And yet, the "perf" try preset still only uses "talos" and "raptor". The sample-suites preset uses "raptor-speedometer". Other presets want to eliminate some "raptor" jobs (thus eliminating nothing).

But then, since there's also mach try perf, maybe the perf preset should be removed.
