On the Bugzilla page there should be a text box to enter a search term, cursor 
sometimes appears where it should be but that is it.  The Show button is 
missing completely.
Bottom of the page Find button is missing and the bug # box is missing or 
invisible.

Expected Results:  
Page should have correctly rendered buttons and text boxes so they are visible 
and selectable.

Works fine when I install 1.2.1 or earlier, only from 1.3alpha and newer 
nightly downloads, this is reproducible for me both on my PC at home and at 
work (running Win2K)  This is a blocker for me to use/test 1.3+, I used IE to 
report this bug so I could see the problems and because the bug means I can't 
submit through mozilla.

I have tried uninstalling mozilla, removing any references in Registry, 
removing anything in Program Files/mozilla, and with a clean profile.

doesn't block development and this is WFM with win2k and a 1 day old build.
(and many other builds before)

You don't have XBL form controls enabled in debug prefs, do you?

This was with both a 1 day old bill and the original 1.3.Alpha release from the
front page.
XBL in debug controls is not enabled.

Note also this is both with Windows XP, Athlon XP, Via Chipset, Homebuilt PC
and
Dell Optiplex running Win2K

Any suggestions of what to try?  I have been using Mozilla from 0.9.x, so quite
happpy to help where I can.

Solution found,
1) select XBL form controls to be enabled restart
2) select XBL form controls to be disable restart

Everything back to normal

I can only surmise, that I had this option enable on a previous build, this was
not affecting 1.2.1, but was affecting 1.3-Alpha and 1.3-Nightly Builds.  So
even though it was unchecked, somehow it was being enabled.

I've backed up and restored the original profile, and the problem re-appears,
but doing above clears the problem.
