This may be intentional, but I noticed that the background image pref in 4.x and
in libpref's editor.js uses editor.background_image although the composer code
uses editor.default_background_image, so either the pref intentionally does not
migrate in which case libpref's editor.js should be updated, or the pref should
migrate in which case the composer code should be updated.

I think we can't migrate due to the format of the pref on some platforms (for
example, Mac 4.x stored aliases rather than paths)

Neil: please nuke the pref in editor.js
