Steps to reproduce:

Go to https://cloudflare-quic.com/

Actual results:

http/2 protocol is selected

about:networking - shows all connections to be http/2

chrome/edge - shows http/3 on the same sites.

Expected results:

http/3 protocol should be selected.

In about:config:
network.http.http3.enable = true

Thank you for reporting the bug.
I tried reproducing this on my mac and windows machine.
I could see that HTTP3 was used for cloudflare connection.
Could you please share http logs for the problematic scenario.
You can email the logs to necko@mozilla.com if you are concerned about sharing sensitive personal information in the tool.

Additionally, Could you also please share the Important Modified Preferences from about:support page.
