When installing Mozilla on a Windows 98 machine containing Netscape 4.79, the
install will correctly import Bookmarks and mail, but not address books.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install mozilla
2. Import from Netscape 4.79
3. Try to use the mozilla address book

Actual Results:  
No addresses were imported.  I was able to export from Netscape some address
books in LDIF format and then import them to Mozilla, but this only worked
sometimes.

Expected Results:  
Imported the e-mail addresses as they were in Netscape.
