Details
We have come across that within toolkit/components/antitracking/test/ and in particular within browser_staticPartition_saveAs.js. The test relies on TEST_DOMAIN which is an http URL, though within head.js we also have a definition for TEST_DOMAIN_HTTPS, which is probably is the better choice.
Since there are many tests within toolkit/components/antitracking/test/ that should be updated, I haven't updated the single occurrence of it within Bug 1877195
