With bug 1872235 landed, this lint check does not apply to the firefox mobile apps because they either don't include the custom linter project (Focus) or they have duplicated the code (Fenix; :mozilla-lint-rules).
We can start with adding the linters to these projects and continue to use bug 1872229 to upstream and remove the duplicates.
