Steps to reproduce:
Using Google Calendar as an example:
- Have 250% scaling provided by Windows 10
- Open Google Calendar
- The right most web page is trimmed (account button) with no horizontal scrollbar provided

Expected results:
Horizontal scrollbar should be provided.
Some web pages such as DuckDuckGo search result web pages are properly displayed with a horizontal scrollbar.

I would say it's a matter of Google Calendar itself. The site specifies overflow: hidden on the body element so that no scrollbar appears there.
