Had to do a bit of digging but it looks like on startup the app is crashing due to :

Fenix 125.0a1 Crash Report [@ java.lang.IllegalThreadStateException: at mozilla.components.lib.state.internal.ReducerChainBuilder$build$threadCheck$1.invoke(ReducerChainBuilder.kt) ]

There is a bug open and it is being tracked in Bug 1882123

This issue was fixed yesterday so I am going to wait until next week during triage to see if the failure rates have reduced
