When trying to print events from withing the calendar, the browser
crashes with the stack below. This happens on Linux and Solaris, so
i've marked this as All/All, but may not be seen on Windows - i can't
verify that.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open calendar
2. Click on event
3. Click Print from menu

Actual Results:

I can confirm this bug.
I've removed the option to print events for now, so I'm reducing the severity of
this bug.

Running Cal 0.8/Mozilla 1.2 on a Windows system, and I can confirm that the whole thing crashes on print.
