After the Tabs Tray to Compose rewrite is enabled in Release, we should start considering future enhancements.

Bug 1871440, Bug 1860085	Inactive Tabs slow to open/close when many tabs are inactive. We will likely need to re-do the UX on them (got a working prototype of having a lazy column with a fixed height (set to 5x tab heights, but the scrolling is a little weird).
