When attempting to print multiple emails in one go the top level "Printing"
dialog box never gets removed, it just stays with:

Progress: Preparing....

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select Multiple Emails (Click, Shift Click).
2. Click the print button.
3. Click OK on the print dialog.

Actual Results:  
Printing occurs but the first printing dialog box is never removed after
printing is completed.

Expected Results:  
Removed the dialog box once printing was complete.
