The margin between the first-time intro text has was regressed by Bug 1870300[D200502].

Reproduced the issue in Nightly 125.0a1 (build id: 20240227095754).
Verified - Fixed in the latest Nightly build 126.0a1 (2024-03-26) and Beta 125.0b4.
