User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Android 13; Mobile; rv:123.0) Gecko/123.0 Firefox/123.0

Steps to reproduce:

1. Enter a character in your URL bar so that a long list of suggested bookmarks appear under the URL bar.
2. Scroll down, so that the keyboard is automatically closed
3. Tap on "x" to clear URL bar field

Actual results:

Keyboard remains closed until user taps a 2ND time into URL bar.

Expected results:

Keyboard should open INSTANTLY when "x" is tapped, so that users can instantly enter new characters (URL/search term)
