The output cited above shows a timeout but I was referred to this bug from this try failure where the error was "FAIL There should be 3 opens from browser context - Got 2, expected 3".

I tried running this locally (on Windows) with "./mach mochitest browser/base/content/test/sanitize/" and was able to reproduce this 100% by clicking on a window that was behind the windows that the test produces so that the window that I clicked on was in the foreground and those other windows were completely obscured.

Maybe that will help if someone is trying to debug or reproduce this error.
