Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.3a) Gecko/20021207 Phoenix/0.5

CTRL-T only works once when there are no tabs displayed (see reproduce steps ...)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
* have only one tab open (e.g. no tab display)
* press CTRL-T
* a new tab opens as expected
* close that tab so you're back to non-tabbed
* CTRL-T won't work anymore untill switching to tabbed view (opening a second
tab) again
Actual Results:
CTRL-T won't work anymore untill switching to tabbed view (opening a second tab)
again

Expected Results:
well .. opening an empty tab of course ;)

no unusual settings, reproducable under at least win2k and winXP
Is this a Phoenix only problem ? If so, why not moving it to Phoenix/General ?
nope, also happens in current mozilla builds ...
it seems to have been adopted by phoenix or the other way round :)
