This was added 4 years ago in bug 1259822, but is currently only enabled on Nightly and early beta.

I think we should either try to ship it or remove it.

Given there's no recent compat bug, let's enable it on all channels and remove the pref.

Maybe we can flip the pref first and remove it in the next cycle? It makes it easier to revert if there are web compat issues on release.
