When ffvpx was introduced (Bug 1214462), it was meant to use vpx on all platforms (Bug 1210219). Today, the code under ffvpx has been extended to all kinds of built-in libraries we ship; Not only for vpx, but for AV1, Opus, or Vorbis..., etc. Accordingly, the FFVPXRuntimeLinker can link to not only the builtin libvpx, but also libaom, libopus, or libvorbis. The name ffvpx is outdated and can cause confusion. Without these knowledge, readers are likely to guess it's for VPX (VP8 or VP9) only. It's time to rename it!
