Steps to reproduce

1. Open Firefox in landscape orientation
2. Open keyboard in 'floating' mode

Expected behavior

A single toolbar is displayed

Actual behavior

2 toolbars are visible

Device information

• Firefox version: 123
• Android device model: Pixel 7
• Android OS version: 14

Any additional information?

Recording was done on Nightly, however this is also affected on Release (123)

We are in the final week of beta for Fx126.

I see this is an S2 bug and Fx126 is affected. I'm wondering about expectations for fixing this in time?

I tried to reproduce on Nightly or Beta and couldn't reproduce. I'll check with the reporter.
