Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:124.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/124.0
Steps to reproduce:
Enable print media simulation in Developer Tools.
Enable Responsive Design Mode.
Disable Responsive Design Mode.
Actual results:
Now the print media simulation is disabled but it's button is still highlighted as if it was enabled. You have to click the button twice (disable and enable) to enable it again.
Expected results:
Either the print media simulation shouldn't get disabled in the first place or if that's not possible at least the corrosponding button should display the current enable state correctly.
I've just checked in Nightly, this bug also affects Firefox 125.

On Win11x64 using FF build 125.0a1(2024-03-11), the option "Responsive Design Mode (Ctrl+Shift+M)" remains hold because the mouse is on it, if I change the mouse position it does not have the hover state. Also option can be check/uncheck only by one click.
If different in your case, can you please create a screencast of the issue?https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/How_to_debug_Firefox_problems#Collect_information_for_a_bug_report
Thank you.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Core::Audio/Video: Playback' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.
