Steps to reproduce

1. Open a few different websites in tabs and mute them
2. Pin the muted tabs
3. Turn on High Contrast
4. Hover over the pinned tabs media indicators in Firefox View Open tabs category

Expected result

• No visual issues are displayed when using High Contrast Mode

Actual result

• Pinned tabs media indicators are not visible on hover in High Contrast mode
