Steps to reproduce
- Navigate to Youtube.
- Open any video and enter full screen.
- Enable Screenshots.
Expected result
- Screenshots overlay should be opened and display all elements.
Actual result
- "Save visible" and "Save full page" buttons are not present.
Regression range
- This is not a regression; it's reproducible only with the component version of Screenshots.
Additional notes
- The "Save visible" and "Save full page" buttons are visible when 'screenshots.browser.component.enabled' is set to false in about:config.

This issue is present on Windows 11 with firefox 125.0a1(2024-03-08)

We intentionally hide browser chrome when a video is full screen. I think in this case the component behavior is the expected behavior. Its still possible to select and area and take a screenshot and I'm not sure the visible / full page buttons would add any value here anyhow as the full screen video isn't overflowed or scrollable.
