1884000 - Look into using ffmpeg instead of windowrecorder for osx 10.15 raptor tests

In addition to the desktop notification popups potentially interfering, it would also be worthwhile to try this out.
It would seem that all the osx failures in Bug 1774954 are failing at the window recording segment of the test on the first iteration so it would be worth trying this out.
As mentioned in the bug, it is hard to reproduce this on Try, but with enough retriggers the same error happens e.g.

and here is a try with windowrecorder disabled with several retriggers to see if that same issue might occur

There is a high failure rate in OSX 10.15 raptor pageload tests. This
patch replaces the windowrecorder with ffmpeg in an attempt to resolve
this as the failures seem to be occuring on the first iteration of when
window recorder is being used.
