188407 - MailViews: View dropdown shouldn't show "Customize..." as a View

Spin off from Bug 180019.

Msg Views dialogs are non-modal to the Main Mail Window, so if i open
the Msg Views dialog, but then click back to the Main Mail Window, the
'customize' option is still showing. But, the Thread pane is really only showing
those msgs that match the previous View.

Potential solutions.

1. If the Main Mail Window gets focus, is it possible to switch the View back to
its previous selection?

2. Selecting "Customize..." opens the Msg Views dialog but immmediately jumps
back to its previous selection.

3. Make Msg Views dialog modal to Main Mail Window. See the Filter Rules dialog.
User can pick, "Customize..." to create a custom header. Menu shows
"customize..." while user interacting with Customize dialog, but menu always
returns to "Subject" when user OKs or Cancels Customize dialog.(Customize dialog
is modal to Filter Rules).
