Steps to reproduce:
- Open Firefox and load lots of different websites in tabs
- Navigate to Firefox View Open Tabs
- Zoom the page to 300% and above and start scrolling on the page.
Expected result:
All open tabs are displayed on the Firefox View Open Tabs card when scrolling using 300% zooming and above.
Actual result:
All open tabs are not visible on the Firefox View Open Tabs card when scrolling using 300% zooming and above.(Please see attached - the scrollbar is on the bottom of the page)

Desktop QA has been highlighting this defect as a known issue for several release cycles now, following regression testing. Hiro, it would really help us if you set a priority on this bug — it will give us clarity on whether this issue is still worth mentioning in future test reports.

I would say it's not a platform issue at all. The "Open tabs" and relevant things are inside a big position:sticky container, thus it covers the rest of elements in the contents.
