Steps to reproduce:

I export the Thunderbird address book containing contacts and some mailing list.
Then I import the exported file in Thunderbird on another computer.

Actual results:

The new address book contains only the contacts but not the mailing lists.

Expected results:

The new address book should contains the contacts and also the mailing lists as the original one.

Summary: Unable to export/import mailing listin address book → Unable to export/import nested mailing lists from/to address book (lists not included, only contacts)

This is normal behaviour.
So, perhaps it's not so much a bug in the current code but a request for enhancement.

I don't agree that this is normal behaviour.
If I export an address book I expect it to be identical to the original, including the mailing lists.
Why should it be different? This is a partial export.

Workaround found: exporting/importing in LDIF format the mailing lists are included.
Using the proposed by default CSV format instead the mailing lists are not included.
