Steps to reproduce:

Select "create sub folder" to invoke the dialog. Try to input the folder name, but I cannot type the name of sub folder.

Actual results:

The dialog for create sub folder cannot accept the input from keyboard.
Only copy & paste can work. So the workaround is, to type the folder name in text editor, copy it on clipboard, and then paste it to thunderbird's "create sub folder" dialog.
