User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; de-AT; rv:1.2.1) Gecko/20021130

many file types configured in HKCR list a print action, like
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\htmlfile\shell\print\command from IE5.X. Mozilla is missing
this entry: under HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\MozillaHTML\shell we only find the open and
edit action.

As a consequence, applications that attempt to print HTM oder HTML files fail to
do so when they rely on an external program for printing, when Mozilla is
configured as a standard browser.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. make Mozilla the default browser
2. right-click an HTM-file in Windows Explorer: the print choice is missing
3. make IE5.X the default browser
4. right-click an HTM-file in Windows Explorer: the print choice is present

Actual Results:
see above

Expected Results:
the print choice should be present
