Steps to reproduce:
A user attached a spam document to my bug: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1884415#a271577_215523
Actual results:
There is spam
Expected results:
I can't delete or report the comment and it should be removed

It was only marked as obsolete, which just hides it by default.
I've just deleted the attachment's content.
