1884891 - [Tab Strip] Opening a link in a new private tab and switching should show private tabs only

Steps to reproduce

1. Enable tabs strip in secret settings (Only available on tablets).
2. Open a webpage in normal browsing mode.
3. Long press a link and select "Open link in private tab"
4. A snackbar will appear, click "Switch".

Expected behavior

Browsing mode is switched to private mode so only private tabs are visible in tab strip.

Actual behavior

Normal tabs are still visible in tab strip, even though browsing mode is switched to private mode.

Verified as fixed on the latest Nightly from 125.0a1 from 15.03.2024 with Xiaomi Pad5 (Android 13).
