1885014 - The "Use replicates" button on the graph view never works the first time you click it

Steps to reproduce:

1. Click on this link: https://treeherder.mozilla.org/perfherder/graphs?highlightAlerts=1&highlightChangelogData=1&highlightCommonAlerts=0&series=mozilla-central,5052258,1,13&series=mozilla-central,5051172,1,13&timerange=7776000&series=mozilla-central,5052905,1,13
2. Click the "Use replicates" button in the bottom right corner.

Expected results:
The graph should update to show replicates.

Actual results:
The button turns green, the URL adds replicates=1, but the graph doesn't update. Clicking the button again reloads the page without replicates. Clicking it again on the reloaded page finally shows replicates after another reload.
