Steps to reproduce

1. Install Fenix
2. At some point, this message appears. "Meet your personalized homepage. Recent tabs, bookmarks, and search results will appear here."

Expected behavior

The Firefox UI is usable when this message appears.

Actual behavior

The UI appears totally unresponsive. Can't scroll the UI, can't use the tab switcher, can't access the three dot menu (!).

Device information

• Firefox version: Nightly 125
• Android device model: Pixel 7
• Android OS version: 13

Hi Asef, thanks for reporting. This is the intended behaviour of CFRs in this version, however work is ongoing to improve the behaviour. Please see https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1862372 for more details
