Hi Mike,
Thanks for the info and vouch. An account has been created for [e-mail] with scm_level_1 access, SSH key has been uploaded to the account as well. Login credential was sent in another email.
For HG/SSH you can refer to https://mozilla-version-control-tools.readthedocs.io/en/latest/hgmozilla/auth.html for the ssh config file setup.

Disabled account in LDAP since it never was acknowledged / mail-bounced / effectively has proven it never existed, AND user never acked CPG.
