Steps to reproduce:

115.8.1 (64-bit)
A list of messages exceeding roughly 100 (I do not know what the magic number is) never reaches the end of the list. Scrolling reverts to some intermediate position; it is not possible to see the end of the list.

Actual results:

At some point the list refuses to display beyond some number of messages, roughly 100. Attempts to scroll further are thwarted by reverting to a previous position, not the end.

Expected results:

It should have scrolled to the end of the list.

Some problems like this had been resolved in version 128.
