Build ID: 2003-01-10-08, Windows 2000. Summary: Account order is incorrect in account manager. Steps to Reproduce: I haven't nailed this down yet, but I'll attach a screenshot to this bug. 1. Add a couple IMAP/POP3 accounts. 2. Add a news account. 3. Look at the Account Manager. In some cases (haven't figured out which, yet, but Seth has seen this, or a variant, too), we leave the news accounts at the bottom. Expected Results (gathered from 7.01): IMAP/POP3 account Local Folders News account Outgoing Server (SMTP) Free Webmail

can you screen shot from 7.01, too? I've seen this, but I think my order was much worse. (like smtp was at the top or something)

Like Vin Diesel in Fast and Furious, I seemed to have jumped the gun. This tends to work when it feels like it. I wonder if it matter the _order_ that you add the accounts in, as to what sort order it applies. I think Seth might be tweaking the way we sort this.

Basically, Seth and I agree that the account manager's order should match the folder pane.

This seems to have (unintentionally?) changed the order of the subcategories...

I'll just attach the patch to this bug, instead of logging a new one.

fixed. note to QA when verifying, the order for the folder pane and the account manager tree should be the same as in 7.01

here's another thing that should be fixed with that last checkin: "weird thing about your screen shots, the account manager tree on the left isn't the same! Copies & Folder and Addressing is switched for imap@imap.com between the two screenshots."
