1886464 - add autoformatting support for Android code to Lando

Once bug 1826800 is complete, we should add the new linters to Lando so Android code is auto-formatted at landing time.

At the moment I can see some error messages about failing to set up the Android linters in Lando's autoformatting output. We may need to add some installation code to ensure the linters are properly installed and set up. After that, we should just add the linter to Lando's list of supported linters and then we will be good to go.
