After deleting an old root CA certificate and installing a new one, it appears
to be still in the certificate shop because when connecting via ssl the
certificates are compared to the old one, but it is not visible and thus not
deleted.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. making an ssl connection to my webmail server
2.

Actual Results:
A dialog appears showing a problem with the certificates, examining the
certificate shows the old one
Expected Results:
Delete the old certificate permanently
