[Affected Platforms]:

• MacOS 13.6
• Ubuntu 22.04.1
• Windows 10 x64

[Prerequisites]:

• Have the “user.js” downloaded on your computer.

[Steps to reproduce]:

1. Create a new Firefox profile using the “--first-startup” command but do not open it.
2. Navigate to the profile folder and paste the user.js from the prerequisites.
3. Open Firefox and navigate to the https://www.youtube.com/ website.
4. Observe the “Recommended Media Addons” Panel.

[Expected results]:

• The “Dismiss” button has the “Dismiss” text displayed.

[Actual results]:

• The “Dismiss” button is missing text in the Treatment C branch of the experiment.

[Notes]:

• This issue is only reproducible on the Treatment C branch of the “Recommend Media Addons Feature Callout - Early Day User” experiment.
• Attached a screenshot of the issue.

I have verified this issue and it's no longer reproducible on Firefox Release 124.0 en-CA (BUILD ID: 20240311145044) MacOS 13.6.1, Firefox Release 124.0 (BUILD ID: 20240311145044) on Windows 10 x64 and Firefox Release 123.0.1 en-US (BUILD ID: 20240304104836) Ubuntu 22.04 x64 on Recommend Media Addons Feature Callout - Early Day Users.
