Add a search widget reminder to the home screen if:

  • User does not already have the widget installed
  • User has opened the app a minimum number of 6 times

Ensure telemetry is present for interaction.

Use the existing info card framework used on the homepage
Include versions from Release -3 e.g. Release version 28 targets minimum version 25
