The current explanation of how to obtain logs has a few issues:

  • It's titled as "Debugging mozilla vpn", which is something that Engineers do. It also assumes that whatever issue the user is experiencing is a bug, which is premature to state.
  • Mentions "debugging" as a "troubleshooting tool", but there is no such thing.
  • Mentions the that the logs don't contain personally identifiable information but does so in the middle of the article rather than at the beginning where expectations are better set.
