Steps to reproduce:
Drag and drop any MP4 file on a local drive into an tab and play
Actual results:
Video players mostly normal until the near end where the audio will quit about a half second before hitting the end of the seeker bar. When the audio cuts out, the video will pause for half a second before playing 2-3 frames disconnected from the audio. Likewise, you can see that the video doesn't fully buffer until the end of the seeker bar. This happens regardless if the video is hosted on a local drive.
Expected results:
Video should buffer to the end of the seeker bar, audio should play until the end, and video should stay synced with the audio throughout playback.
