Steps to Reproduce:
- Go to 'about:logins'.
- Use the Tab key to select the 'Sort by' option.
- Press the Enter key.
Actual Results:
- Pressing the Enter key after selecting 'Sort by' yields no response.
Expected Results:
- Pressing the Enter key should expand the 'Sort by' dropdown to show sorting options.

This is a <select> element and it's opened by the Space key, not Enter.
