Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Go to about:logins.
  2. Press the "+" button to create a login
  3. Click on the website address or password input field to triggre the pop-up that advises, "please fill out this field."

Actual Results:

  • The pop-up exhibits inconsistent behavior, occasionally not appearing after input fields are clicked, although at times it functions as intended.

Expected Results:

  • The instruction pop-up should consistently manifest with each interaction in the mandatory input fields.

I've replicated this issue on the latest Nightly 126.0a1 and Firefox 124.0.2 versions on Windows10 x64. Consequently, I am setting its status to NEW.
