Details

With this morning's 11/15 M12 bits, I tried to run seamonkey32e.exe
and I got an error about:

1812: could not locate string resource ID: 12.

And it terminates.

So I wasn't able to actually install this morning's bits on my machine.

I'd consider this a blocker although this may already be known and I was just
trying to grab the bits before they were ready.
